appointment of person-
al representative has
been filed with the Re-
gistrar. No will has
been presented for
probate. The applica-
tion has been granted.
Notice is also given
that the Registrar has
informally appointed
MAXWELL NERLAND,

Minnesota, 56001 as
personal representa-
tive of the Estate of the
Decedent. Any heir or
other interested person
may be entitled to ap-
pointment as personal
representative or may
object to the appoint-
ment of the personal
representative. Unless
objections are filed
with the Court (pur-
suant to Minnesota
Statutes section
524.3-607) and the
Court otherwise orders,
the personal represen-
tative has full power to
administer the Estate
including, after 30 days
for the date of issuance
of letters, the power to
sell, encumber, lease
or distribute real
estate.
It is ordered and notice
is also given that on

hearing will be held in

State Street, Minneso-
ta, for the adjudication
of intestacy and deter-
mination of heirship of
the Decedent, and for
the confirmation of the

Council Chambers in
the New Ulm City Hall,
100 North Broadway,
New Ulm, Minnesota,
the City Council of the
City of New Ulm, Min-
nesota will hold a Pub-
lic Hearing to consider
the request of Black
Frost Distilling, LLC for
a one year extension in
the time period provid-
ed to achieve the stat-
ed job and wage goals
associated with their
Revolving Loan. The
project location is 201
1 st North Street, New
Ulm, Minnesota.
A Public Hearing on
this request is required
by Business Subsidy
requirements under
Minnesota Statutes,
Section 116J.993 to
116J.995. Information
concerning this request
is available at the City
Manager’s Office in
City Hall.
All interested parties in
attendance will be
given an opportunity to
speak on this matter.
All written comments
will be read into the
record. Written tes-
timony will also be ac-
cepted at the public
hearing. Written com-
ments on the request
must be received by
noon, Tuesday, May 7,

plaint is filed.
The City of New Ulm
