Sibley County District Court

• Daniel J. Aldrich, 44, Minneapolis, pleaded guilty to driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety Jan. 6. He was sentenced to 1 year in the Sibley County Jail, stayed by the Court. He was placed on up to 1 year unsupervised probation on conditions that he has no same or similar offenses and pay $385 in fines and surcharges within 30 days.

• Adam J. Selbrade Bryan, 29, Winthrop, appeared at a bail hearing on a charge alleging felony possession of stolen property. Bail was set at $2,000 cash or bond. A Rule 8 hearing was set for 1 p.m., Jan. 28.

• Michael Karstein Eng III, 31, Gaylord, appeared at a bail hearing after being arrested on allegations he violated probation terms for 5th-degree controlled substance possession. He was ordered held without bail. An admit/deny hearing was set for 11 a.m., Jan. 7.

• Serenity R. Schnoor, 19, Waseca, appeared at a bail hearing after being arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for an omnibus hearing on a pending 3rd-degree burglary charge. Bail was set at $5,000 cash or bond. An omnibus hearing was set for 11 a.m., Jan. 14.
