Sibley County Court

• Jason Marc Schulte, 56, Gibbon, was sentenced to 28 months imprisonment, stayed for up to five years probation for second-degree burglary June 25. Conditions include 30 days in the Sibley County Jail, complete 120 hours Sentence to Service, complete a comprehensive assessment within 60 days, follow all recommendations, have no direct or indirect contact with the victim, pay $303.06 restitution, take medications as prescribed, comply with cognitive skills programming as directed by probation, pay $135.

• Tyrell Peter Bautch, 23, Fairfax, appeared at a June 25 hearing on a charge alleging third-degree criminal damage to property. Bautsch pled guilty to an amended careless driving charge. The court stayed adjudication and placed him on up to one year supervised probation with conditions of paying $893.53 restitution to Sibley County Public Works and complete 24 hours Sentence to Service.
