Brown County District Court

• Keith S. Weber, 47, 45352 CR 4, Sleepy Eye, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor 4th-degree DWI in Brown County District Court Monday. According to court documents, a Brown County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Justin Kitzberger was on patrol in Evan at 12:52 a.m., June 23 when he observed a vehicle make a wide, right turn. He followed the vehicle south on CR 7, observing it cross the center line, then cross the fog line, drive onto the shoulder and enter the ditch before the driver regained control.

Kitzberger pulled the vehicle over and identified the driver as Weber who showed intoxication clues. Weber admitted to having a few beers that night. He failed a field sobriety test, a Preliminary Breath Test and was arrested. He gave a breath sample that provided a sample of 0.15. He was summoned to appear in court at 9 a.m., Aug. 23.
