The Brown County Historical Society’s Lunch and a Bite of History will be held on Thursday, June 2. The featured speaker, Eric Warmka, will present, “A History of Funeral Service in Brown County” from noon-1p.m. at the Brown County Museum Annex, 12 North Broadway.

Warmka is the general manager and funeral director at Minnesota Valley Funeral Homes. In his presentation, he will examine and compare early practices of funeral service to present day practices.
