New Ulm Police • Took a skip-scanning report from Walmart at 7:21 p.m. Monday. A 43-year-old Winthrop woman cited for for theft for two incidents Oct. 22-Nov. 12 totaling $102.32. A report was done for documentation. • Took a disturbance call at 2:53 p.m. Tuesday at 2201 N. Broadway. A 52-year-old Evan woman said she and a 76-year-old Sleepy Eye man got into a disagreement, she told him she was going to call police and he took her cell phone and refused to give it back. The woman called police. The man left before officer’s arrived. Police are waiting to hear from the man. • ...
