Kendrick Henry, 18, New Ulm, was driving a 2004 Ford Escape westbound on Broadway. He said his brakes locked and he hit a pedestrian traffic device. New Ulm Police * Took a report of a male pushing a cart out of Walmart without paying for the items inside the cart at 7:48 p.m. Thursday. Walmart was able to obtain a license plate number. Officers viewed surveillance video that matched the drivers license photo of the registered owner of the vehicle.
