NEW ULM — The third annual “Military Appreciation Day” will be held Wednesday, June 24, at Johnson Park when the New Ulm Brewers host Leavenworth at 7:30 p.m. in a Tomahawk East League amateur baseball game. “All veterans attending the game will receive a free hamburger or cheeseburger, french fry and a beverage courtesy of the New Ulm Baseball Association,” Flor said.
