Biden’s Supreme Court pick

To the editor:

President Biden says his Supreme Court pick has to be a woman and be black. Those are only two qualifications, she needs to be black and a woman. It is suppose to be the most qualified person, not the color and not the gender.

Senator Marsha Blackburn asked Mr. Bidens pick, Ketanji Brown Jackson “What is the definition of a “woman?” She couldn’t answer that because “she wasn’t a biologist”! My definition of a woman would be simple, there are only two genders, male and female. A female can produce children where a male cannot, and that makes a female a woman. On questioning she says she has children, and doesn’t know the definition of a woman? I am only a high school graduate and she is suppose to be a judge on the Supreme Court and doesn’t know the definition of a woman?

She is also on a Board of some private school board that teaches CRT. She was asked about CRT by another Senator and said she doesn’t know anything about it!

Senator Ted Cruz asked her about child pornography and she tried several child pornography cases and her sentences were always under the guidelines. One 18-year-old male was suppose to get ten years in prison and she only gave him three months. Another Senator asked her interpretation of the constitution, she says she makes up her mind as she goes. On questioning by another Republican Senator, she did not give good answers to questions about the first and second ammendments, freedom of speech and the right to keep and bear arms.

Now a couple questions by the Democrat Senator Cory Booker of New Jersay. He didn’t really have any questions but rambled on about how great she was and how glad he was she was going to be on the Supreme Court. I thought he was comparing her to Mother Teresa and the even the Blessed Virgin Mary, mother of Jesus! I always thought he was rather stupid, now I know he is! Our senator from Minnesota, Amy Klobuchar, all she had was softball questions and she also saw what a great Supreme Court Justice she would make with all her qualifications. The rest of the Democrats all had softball questions and what a great person she was. In my opinion from what I heard from the Democrats, they would vote to confirm her and there might be one or two RINO Republicans who would vote for her.

I think she has a socialist agenda and if I were a senator, I would not vote for her. Now, this is my opinion and I am sticking to it. Elderly gentleman from the Midwest who clings to his guns and religion.
