To the editor:

In just a few days we will once again celebrate New Ulm’s 33rd Community Thanksgiving Dinner, a time to give thanks for our blessings and be with family and friends as we break bread. We are so happy to be back this year at St. Mary’s with a few changes. Due to COVID-19 we will be serving buffet style using our servers and fewer touchpoints. Our wonderful cooks and kitchen volunteers will be working hard the days leading up to Thanksgiving with health precautions in place. We are still in need of dishwashers, turkey carvers and delivery drivers.

Tuesday is the last day to order delivery in city limits with orders of 3 or less. Take outs will start after delivery meals are complete. Meal is served 11-1 p.m. so you can avoid that early rush if you want… we will have plenty of food. Find us at signupgenius.com or call Mary Ellen at 354-3045 before 8 p.m. if you would like to volunteer. No reservations are needed.
