Congratulations and thanks
To the editor:
First we want to congratulate Terry Sveine on his appointment of Mayor as my replacement. We know the citizens of New Ulm will welcome, respect and support him as they have me.
Second, we want to thank all the people who believed in me to vote me in for 3 terms of office. Thank you for all those who sent messages — Facebook, letters, cards, visits, phone calls and even a meal brought to our house.
New Ulm really is a fabulous place to live and work and it is all because of the citizens of New Ulm.
