Thomas J. Keller, 21, Thiensville, Wis. pled guilty to an amended charge of failure to yield. He was fined $385.

Philip L. Griep. 32, Henderson, pled guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. He was placed on one year Probation to Court Services. Conditions include no contact with the victim, under a domestic abuse assessment and follow all recommendations, complete chemical dependency treatment, follow all recommendations, pay $200.

Gerald A. Buffett-Bey, 55, Gaylord, pled guilty to Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. He was sentenced to 24 months in prison, stayed for five years probation to the Dept. of Corrections. Conditions are that he serve 152 days in the Sibley County Jail, undergo a psycho-sexual evaluation and follow all recommendations, pay $585. He also pled guilty to gross misdemeanor issuance of dishonored checks. He was sentenced to one year in the Sibley County Jail, stayed for two years probation to court services, serve 152 days in the Sibley County Jail, pay $606.29 in restitution, and $135. He pled guilty to fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct. He was sentenced to one year in the Sibley County Jail, stayed for two years probation to court services and serve 152 days in jail, have no contact with the victim and ay $5,440 in restitution to the victim plus $135.
