New Ulm Police • Stopped a vehicle driven by a 27-year-old homeless woman, formerly of Comfrey, at 6:25 p.m. Wednesday at State Street and 13th St. North. Police talked to the woman earlier in the evening, about not driving, due to multiple driving after revocation charges when she was a vehicle passenger. A report went to the New Ulm City Attorney’s Office for charges. • Responded to a juvenile trouble call at Riverbend Area Learning Center at 10 a.m. Thursday. Vaping paraphernalia was found on a 15-year-old male student. A report was sent to investigators.

• Responded to a two-vehicle crash on the 500 block of 3rd Street North at 2:36 p.m. Friday. A 2013 Ford Escape driven by William John Rusten, 63, New Ulm, was eastbound on 3rd North and struck a parked, unoccupied 2012 Toyota Scion XD. The Ford had an obstructed windshield due to frost. Damage was moderate to both vehicles. Rusten wore a seat belt and was not injured. • Recovered a vehicle reported stolen in Nicollet County at 1:06 p.m. Friday on the 1900 block of S. Broadway.
