New Ulm Police

• Received a call from a 62-year-old New Ulm man at 1:06 p.m. Tuesday who said he let his friend, a 55-year-old Redwood Falls man, withdraw funds from his Cash App account. The man withdrew an extra $150 that was not agreed upon. A report was done for documentation.

• Responded to a report of an intoxicated woman sitting outside in a chair with a beer and liquor on the ground near her at 2201 N. Broadway at 3:05 p.m. Tuesday. The woman flipped off police as they drove by. A 54-year-old New Ulm woman declined any assistance and said she would go back into her residence. A report went to the Minnesota Department of Public Safety for an alcohol restriction violation.
