New Ulm Police
• Stopped a vehicle driven by a 23-year-old St. James man at 2nd St. N. and Broadway at 3:28 p.m. Nov. 29. He was cited for speeding, 46 mph in a 30 mph zone and an open cannabis package in a motor vehicle.
Sleepy Eye Police
• Responded to a trespass complaint at Cenex, 400 Main St. W. at 7:10 a.m. Nov. 30. A 37-year-old Sleepy Eye man was later arrested for criminal damage to property and other charges at Ross Park Apartments, 313 4th Ave. S.E. at 9:07 a.m. Nov. 30. Police said the man waived a knife at them, then dropped it. No injuries reported.
