Sibley County District Court

• Maria Padilla, 51, Gaylord, requested an omnibus hearing for a felony theft charge Thursday. An omnibus hearing was set for 1 p.m. Oct. 3. She was released on her own recognizance.

• Frank Joseph Silver Jr., 48, Arlington, admitted violating probation for felony making threats of violence Thursday. A stay of adjudication was vacated. He was sentenced to one year and one day in prison and discharged from probation.

• Koby Michael McGill, 22, Winthrop, admitted violating probation for 3rd-degree criminal sexual conduct Thursday. Probation was extended to May 27, 2025. He was ordered to enter sex offender treatment within 30 days, comply with a psychological evaluation and complete 6 days sentence to service.

• Jason Phillip Presler, 51, St. Peter, admitted to violating probation July 23 for felony domestic assault. He was ordered to serve 18 months in prison starting immediately.

• Brandon Dempsey Seth, 40, Belle Plaine, admitted to violating probation for 2nd-degree DWI Friday. A hearing was set for 11 a.m. Aug. 1. He will be held without bail in the Sibley County Jail.
