• Received a single-vehicle crash report with minor injuries at 11 a.m. Oct. 6 at Oak Street and Raymond Drive. Merric Michael Smith, 17, New Ulm, was driving a 2003 Toyota Corolla eastbound on Oak Street, ran off the road and into a tree. The vehicle was towed with front-end damage.

• Received information about illegal dumping of a toilet, cardboard, wood and miscellaneous items at the city compost site on 21st St. North at 8:02 a.m. Oct. 6. A suspect reported to be driving a black Dodge Ram 1500 truck was confronted by a resident, swore at the resident and left the scene. Police will post incident photos on their Facebook site.

• Assisted Fairfax Police in interviewing a 20-year-old Lake Crystal female at Kwik Trip North said to be a domestic incident victim with minor injuries. A report was sent to Fairfax Police.
