New Ulm Police
• Called to a disturbance involving a mother-daughter argument and arrested a 36-year-old woman with no address on a warrant at 2:24 p.m. Monday at 213 S. Broadway. Nobody was reported hurt or any damage done.
• Arrested an 38-year-old New Ulm woman on a probation violation at Brown County Probation at 1:49 p.m. Monday.
• Checked on the welfare of a 46-year-old Austin woman walking in the traffic lane on the 7th St. N. (Highway 14-15) bridge at 5:18 p.m. Sunday. The woman said she was trying walk to Mankato. She was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and taken to the Brown County Evaluation Center, detox division.
Brown County Sheriff
• Helped Sleepy Eye Police with a vandalism report at 804 Cedar St. N.E., Sleepy Eye at 4:08 p.m. Sunday. A grain truck owned by Dave Havemeier had 20 bolts and screws removed with a magnet. A damage estimate was not available. A report was done for documentation.
Sleepy Eye Police
• A Sleepy Eye Public School juvenile male student reported air pods and sunglasses were taken from a school locker. A damage estimate was not available. A report was done for documentation.
• Received a suspicious activity report at Meadowview Apartments at 1 p.m. Monday. An apartment tenant had a civil dispute with another tenant about not using water while plumbing repairs were being done. An officer talked to the tenants.
McLeod County Sheriff
• Responded to a domestic incident on Cherry St. in Stewart at 2:40 p.m. Sept. 18. The Stewart Fire Dept. and Buffalo Lake Ambulance also responded. The situation was mediated. Deputies cleared with a report.
• Responded to a domestic incident on 100th St. north of Stewart at 10:58 p.m. Sept. 18. The situation was mediated. Deputies cleared with reports.
• Responded to a domestic incident on 100th St. north of Stewart at 1:07 p.m. Sept. 19. The situation was mediated. Deputies cleared with reports.
• Responded to a power line down on Main St. in Stewart at 2:11p.m. Sept. 19. The Stewart Fire Dept. and Xcel Energy also responded. Deputies cleared without reports.
