The REALTOR® Association of Southern MN (RASM) announced Kim Hanson, New Ulm Real Estate, pictured above, as the 2018 REALTOR® with Heart Award Recipient. The award is given to a RASM member that volunteers their time to make their community a better place to live. Kim was chosen for all the work she does for The Southern Minnesota Crisis Nursery. The SMCN is a 24-hour home that provides a temporary, safe and loving environment for children, while lending support to families that are experiencing stressful situations. Kim volunteers’ countless hours at the SMCN. A $500 donation has been made to The SMCN in Kim’s honor.
