Two injured in Wabasso school bus accident

WABASSO — Two people, including a Wabasso Public School student, were injured in an accident involving a school bus and another vehicle Wednesday morning, Wabasso Superintendent Jon Fulton said. In a message to parents posted Wednesday on the Wabasso Public School Facebook page, Fulton said a Wabasso school bus transporting students was involved in an accident with another vehicle around 8 a.m. on Redwood County Road 7 south of Seaforth. “Emergency personnel were notified immediately and assisted with the situation,” Fulton said in the message to parents. “We are thankful ...

NEW ULM — Don’t let ticks get the best of you this year. That was the advice of Brown County Public Health Director Jaimee Brand in her public health update to Brown County Commissioners Tuesday.
