Brown County Road 13 from New Ulm to Hanska is now open to all traffic, according to a Thursday, Aug. 24 Brown County Sheriff’s Office news release. Traffic control signs have been removed. There will be minor work left to do around the Little Cottonwood River bridge but it will be done under traffic, according to the release.
