Notice is given that an
application for informal
appointment of person-
al representative has
been filed with the Re-
gistrar. No will has
been presented for
probate. The applica-
tion has been granted.
Notice is also given
that the Registrar has
informally appointed
Timothy Apitz, whose
address is 309 W Car-
dinal Drive, Necedah,
Wisconsin, 54646, as
personal representa-
tive of the Estate of the
Decedent. Any heir or
other interested person
may be entitled to ap-
pointment as personal
representative or may
object to the appoint-
ment of the personal
representative. Unless
objections are filed
with the Court (pur-
suant to Minnesota
Statutes section
524.3-607) and the
Court otherwise orders,
the personal represen-
tative has full power to
administer the Estate
including, after 30 days
from the date of is-
suance of letters, the
power to sell, en-
cumber, lease or distri-
bute real estate.
Any objections to the
appointment of the
Personal Representa-
tive must be filed with
this Court and will be
heard by the Court
after the filing of an ap-
propriate petition and
proper notice of hear-
ing.
Notice is also given
that (subject to Min-
nesota Statutes section
524.3-801) all creditors
having claims against
the Estate are required
to present the claims to
the personal represen-
tative or to the Court
Administrator within
four months after the
date of this Notice or
the claims will be
barred.

Sealed bids may be
delivered to the Office
of the Finance Director,
Municipal Building, lo-
cated at 100 North
Broadway, New Ulm,
Minnesota 56073 prior
to the 10:00 A.M. bid
opening on
WEDNESDAY, the 11
th day of FEBRUARY
2026. The City will
publicly open and read
all bids received by the
Finance Director im-
mediately thereafter for
the furnishing of all la-
bor, tools, equipment,
materials and every
other article or thing
necessary for the com-
plete construction of
the following improve-
ment, to-wit:
18th South Stormwa-
ter Lift Station
The project involves in-
stalling a stormwater
lift station with piping
routed over a levee,
along with grading and
graveling the adjacent
alley to improve
drainage and access.
All bids must be sealed
and marked “18 th
South Stormwater
Lift Station ” and
each and every propo-
sal must be accom-
panied by a cash depo-
sit, cashier’s check,
bid bond or certified
check for not less than
five percent (5%) of the
amount of such bid,
payable to the City, to
be forfeited to the City
in case the successful
bidder fails to enter into
contract and to furnish
satisfactory bond
within ten (10) days
after acceptance of
such bid. The bid will
remain subject to ac-
ceptance for 45 days
after the day of bid
opening. The City
reserves the right to re-
ject any and all bids.
This project is subject
to prevailing wages
and Buy America Build
America “BABA” re-
quirements.
The plans and specifi-
cations prepared by
the City Engineer are
on file and may be ex-
amined at the City
Engineer’s Office.
