consider the noise vari-
ance request from New
Ulm Chamber of Com-
merce to permit ampli-
fied sound/music dur-
ing Oktoberfest for the
following:
Friday, October 4,
2024, from 3:00 p.m. to
11:00 p.m. on Min-
nesota Street (in front
of B & L Bar) between
1 st North Streets and
Center Street
Saturday, October 5,
2024, from 10:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m. on Center
Street (in front of
Kemske’s) between
Broadway and Min-
nesota Street and from
4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
on Minnesota Street (in
front of B & L Bar)
between 1 st North and
Center Street.
This variance request
is authorized by Sec-
tion 8.08, Subdivision 9
of the New Ulm City
Code. Notice of the
Public Hearing is being
sent to all property
owners within 500 feet
of the source.
All interested parties
are invited to attend or
to submit written com-
ments or questions.
