Brown County Sheriff’s Office • James Allen Randall, 43, St. Cloud, was charged with felony threats of violence Monday. According to court documents, New Ulm Police Officer Christina Wright learned June 18 that a Minnesota Department of Corrections probation agent was threatened by a person on probation. Text messages from Randall were sent to the victim’s work cell phone while they were in Brown County. The text messages were filled with obscenities, profanity and complaints about the court system.
