• Unconditional bail was set at $100,000 cash or bond for Jamie Lee Sheldon, 50, Litchfield on charges alleging felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree DWI Oct. 17. He could be released on his own recognizance with conditions. A hearing was set for 9:45 a.m. Nov. 20.

• Joshua Mark Campbell, 50, Plymouth, admitted to violating probation on an underlying offense of felony theft Oct. 16. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail. The court entered a $2,486.40 civil judgement in favor of the victim.

• Adjudication was stayed and Joshua Lee Newman, 40, Green Isle was placed on up to 1 year probation for misdemeanor domestic assault Oct. 16. Conditions include serving 2 days in jail, reengaging in therapy sessions, complete a domestic violence inventory and comprehensive assessment, follow all recommendations, complete 16 hours of Sentence to Service within 6 mos., pay $300 within 90 days.

• Unconditional bail was set at $500,000 cash or bond for James Irving Dale, 61, Anoka, on charges alleging three second-degree burglary counts Oct. 15. Conditional bail was set at $40,000 cash or $400,000 bond. A hearing was set for 11 a.m. Nov. 6.

• Unconditional bail was set at $100,000 cash or bond Oct. 14 for Alexander Carl Nipp, 28, Gibbon. Conditional bail was set at $5,000 cash or $50,000 bond on a charge alleging motor vehicle theft. A hearing was set for 1 p.m.. Nov. 6.

• Unconditional bail was set at $250,000 cash or bond for Alexander Librad Vazquez Schulte, 25, Gaylord Oct. 13 on charges alleging felony fifth-degree controlled substance possession and second-degree DWI. He could be released on his own recognizance with conditions. A hearing was set for 9:45 a.m. Nov. 13.

• Unconditional bail was set at $12,000 cash or bond Oct. 13 for Bryan Steven Hannager, 32, Buffalo, on a charge alleging second-degree DWI Oct. 13. He could be released on his own recognizance with conditions. A hearing was set for 9 a.m. Oct. 30.
