Sibley County Court

• Ricardo Lopez Bibiano, 52, Gaylord, was sentenced to 180 months (15 years) in state prison for first-degree criminal sexual conduct May 16. The sentence begins immediately.

• Calvin Walter Miller, 70, New Auburn, plead guilty to unlawful possession of ammunition May 15. A 60 month prison sentence was stayed for up to three years supervised probation. Conditions include 90 days in the Sibley County Jail, 80 hours community work service and pay a $385 within 90 days.

• Aseal Pedraza, 19, Winthrop, plead guilty to first-degree possession of cannabis May 15. He was placed on up to three years supervised probation with conditions he serve eight days in the Sibley County Jail, complete 80 hours of sentence to service, pay a $585 fine within 90 days.

• Jossio Vazquez, 40, Jordan, plead guilty to felony fifth-degree controlled substance possession and fourth-degree DWI May 15. The drug charge was stayed. He was placed on up to three years supervised probation with conditions that he serve four days in the Sibley County Jail, complete a comprehensive assessment, complete 40 hours sentence to service, pay $300 within 90 days, attend a victim impact panel, remain law abiding, follow probation.
