St. Cloud State University graduated more than 710 students during fall semester 2019. Commencement ceremonies took place Friday, Dec. 20, 2019.

Jenna Helget of New Ulm has been named to the Dakota Wesleyan University (Mitchell, S.D.) fall 2019 dean’s list.

To qualify for the dean’s list, a student must have a semester grade point average of at least 3.5 on a four-point scale. They also must complete at least 12 hours of academic work during the semester.

Nathan Jorgensen of Sleepy Eye was named to the 2019 Fall Dean’s List at Riverland Community College.

To be eligible for the dean’s list students must have completed 12 credits per semester with le tter grades and have earned a grade-point average of 3.25 to 3.99 on a 4.00 scale.

The following local students have been named to the Deans’ and President’s Lists at Drake University.

To be eligible for the Deans’ List, students must have earned a GPA of 3.5 or higher during the Fall 2019 semester at Drake.

To be eligible for the President’s List, students must have earned a perfect 4.0 GPA during the Fall 2019 semester at Drake.

Danielle Weiss, Sleepy Eye, Marketing Major, was named to the Dean’s List at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse for the fall semester of the 2019-20 academic year, ending December 2019.

Qualification for the Dean’s List is limited to students who have attained outstanding academic achievement. To be eligible, students must have earned not less than a 3.5 semester grade point average and carried a minimum of 12 credits.

Zachary Helget, New Ulm, Freshman, BS business administration and Alexa Owens, Sleepy Eye, Freshman, BS early childhood education have been named to the University of Wisconsin-Stout Dean’s List for the fall 2019 semester.

The award, formerly known as the Chancellor’s Award, is presented to students who have a grade point average of 3.5 or above.

Samantha Mellies, of Stewart, was named to the fall 2019 dean’s list at the University of Findlay. To earn this achievement, a student must attain a grade point average of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
