Post Office Force To Promote Picture
——–
“The Mail Man” To
Be Shown At Turner
Theatre Next Week.
——–
Members of the force of the local post-office are promoting the showing of a picture named “The Mail Man,’which will be put on the screen at Turner Hall February 20 and 21.
The picture deals with the trials and tribulations of the mailman and shows the way he has to work to care for the needs of the public. Many of the patrons of Uncle Sam’s service do not at all realize the difficulties the mail man has to overcome in his daily round and the picture is designed to spread information that will make possible greater cooperation between patrons and the mail man. The benefits of this production will go to the members of the postal force.
Don’t forget the dates, Wednesday and Thursday, February 20 and 21. See the picture and find out how you can help to keep things moving smoothly.
