Val and Marian Rathman of Comfrey are celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary on April 9. They are the parents of Jeanne (Steve) Reiner, Mike (MaryAnn) Rathman and RoseLynn (Chuck) Wingert. They have five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
