New Ulm Police • Received a call at 3:19 p.m. Thursday from a 39-year-old New Ulm woman said received a nude photo on her phone of a 52-year-old New Ulm man. The man said he didn’t send the photo and somebody else got into his phone and is sending photos of him to people. A report was done for documentation. • Received a theft report at 8:14 p.m. Thursday from Walmart. The suspect is a 29-year-old New Ulm man who skip scanned five transactions from July 4 to Aug. 25 with a total value of $218.38. Gregory Ronald Hartmann, 63, Gibbon, was driving a 2004 Toyota on Highway 14, turned left onto Jacobs Street when he was struck on the passenger side by a 2010 Ford Flex driven westbound on Highway 14 by Leann Kay Stephens, 62, New Ulm. Damage was severe to both vehicles, disabling to the Ford. Both drivers wore seat belts.
