Lunch and a Bite of History: Remembering the Rapidan Dam

NEW ULM - The Brown County Historical Society invites the public to kick off the 2025 Lunch and a Bite of History season on Thursday, May 15, with a special presentation by Rick Pepper titled Remembering the Rapidan Dam. The program will take place from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. at the Brown County Museum Annex. The Sons of Norway Stavanger Lodge 1-538 will hold their next meeting 6 p.m. at Thursday, May 15 with a potluck supper followed by the regular meeting at 7 p.m. at the Cottonwood Co. LWV plans Neighborhood Walkabouts

The League of Women Voters (LVW), in cooperation with the New Ulm Tree Commission, is planning informational “Neighborhood Walkabouts”. The walkabouts will be scheduled in different New Ulm neighborhoods during the first few weeks of June. They will be open to everyone.
