•A lifeguard certification course will be offered at the Rec Center June 9-11 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This is a blended learning course that requires 5-7 hours of online learning before the class starts, followed by a swimming pre-test of 200 yards, treading water for 2 minutes with no hands and retrieving a 10lb brick from 7 feet of water. Chamber visits new BeMobile manager

NEW ULM – The Willkommen Committee recently visited BeMobile to welcome their new manager, Travis Ingebretson. Ingebretson has been with the company for five years and moved here from the Fargo/Moorhead area. With the move, he was promoted from being a sales partner to management. He lives in Mankato, has two huskies and a fiancee who works in St. Peter. Travis says that it’s a nice change of pace to be in the New Ulm community.
