New Ulm completes final week of clay target shooting

New Ulm competed in the fifth and final week of clay target shooting this week. Tilken Fruhwirth led the Eagles in trap shooting, scoring a 46/50. Leyton Miller was 44/50, and Isaac Beranek, Jaxon Hage and Tate Isaacson each hit 43 of 50 targets. Isaacson led the team in skeet shooting, hitting 48 of 50 targets. Charlie Arndt was 45/50, as was Fruhwirth and Addysen Wieland. State competitions are next up for the team. The Skeet Shooting Championship will be at Prior Lake on June 11, while the Trap Shooting Championship will be in Alexandria on June 23.
