New Ulm boys race by Titans on Tuesday

MONTGOMERY — The New Ulm Eagles boys basketball team cruised to a dominant 88-59 win over Tri-City United on Tuesday night in a Big South Conference boys basketball game.

Levi Hopp led five New Ulm players in double figures with 18 points, while Mitchell Hopp and Owen Castleman added 14 points each. Zach Hubbard and Noah Mertz each added 13 points for the Eagles, while Miles Castleman and Marquise Poncelet had 6 points apiece and Joey Wise had 5 points.

New Ulm (7-7, 4-4) hosts St. Peter on Friday in another conference game.
