Eagles clay target team competes at Nationals

MASON, Mich. — The New Ulm Eagles clay target team recently competed at the USA High School National Championship in Mason, Michigan, from July 11-12.

The Eagles were led individually by Tilken Fruhwirth, who shot 95 of 100 targets. Dylan Armstrong also participated individually for New Ulm and shot 89 of 100 targets, while Charlie Arndt hit on 79 of 100 targets and Tate Isaacson hit 76 of 100 targets.

The Eagles also shot as a team, finishing 152nd out of 264 teams. The team members competing were Armstrong, Tucker Clemon, Fruhwirth, Isaacson and Ian Lee.
