MAPLETON — Maple River defeated New Ulm 6-1 in a nonconference girls tennis match Monday.

Karlee Prahl got New Ulm’s lone win on the day, defeating Maple River’s Macy Sohre 6-7, 6-0, 10-2 at the No. 1 singles spot. No other New Ulm player won a set in the match.

New Ulm (0-2) travels to Worthington Tuesday at 4:30 p.m.
