NEW ULM — New Ulm Cathedral senior setter Annie Edwards passed 1,000 career set assists on Tuesday during a Section 2A volleyball playoff match with BOLD at Sibley East High School in Arlington.

Edwards reached 1,000 career set assists in the fourth set against BOLD with an assist to Sydnee Helget.

Edwards finished her career with 1,001 set assists.
