• Mathiowetz continued her impressive week on Thursday, helping the Knights pick up an 83-33 road win over Alden-Conger/Glenville-Emmons with 34 points, 13 rebounds, five assists and three steals.
• She is currently averaging 29.2 points, 10.5 rebounds, 3.6 steals and 3.8 assists per game for the Knights (21-2).
“Madison is a player that just gets better each time she takes the floor, and also makes those players around her better also,” St. Mary’s coach Bruce Woitas said. “It has been a lot of fun to watch her play the game of basketball, she has a great passion for the game and has put the time into the game and it’s good to see her rewarded for all the work she has put into the game.”
