To the editor:

Memorial Day 2019, has again come and gone. As always, it was a beautiful ceremony but this year it was exceptionally well done. In spite, of the weather it was perfect. I admired M.C. Chris Schneeberg, the Honor Guard, Concord singers, and Municipal Band managing the crowed quarters at the community center. The young speakers, Peter Spengler and Grace Peterson, brought tears to our eyes with their meaningful words, honoring all the fallen heroes and all who have served since our country began and those still serving and sacrificing their lives for all of us. A heartfelt Thank You!! to all of the organizations and people that make “Memorial Day” so memorable.
