NEW ULM–Joyce Ellen (Tucker) McCoy, 90 of New Ulm, passed away July 23rd, 2024 at St. Cloud hospital. She was born January 26th, 1934 in Pierpont South Dakota. She leaves behind 5 children and 11 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her 2 daughters and 1 granddaughter. There will be a celebration of life on August 10th from 2:00 p.m. 4:00 p.m. at the VFW in New Ulm.
