NEW ULM–Joyce D. Jobe, 88, of New Ulm, died Sunday, December 24, 2023 at the Oak Hills Living Center. Funeral Service will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 4, 2024 at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in New Ulm, with Pastor Kathy Ulland-Klinkner officiating.  Burial will follow in the New Ulm City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home-SOUTH CHAPEL in New Ulm.  The visitation will continue one hour prior to the service at church on Thursday.
