SLEEPY EYE — Carol Richter, 74, of Sleepy Eye, died Sunday, Nov. 20, 2022 at the Sleepy Eye Care Center.
Arrangements are pending with the Minnesota Valley Funeral Homes in New Ulm.
Carol Jean Richter was born on Oct. 16, 1948 in New Ulm to Harold and Laura (Wieland) Richter.
