A private family service will happen at a later date.

The Minnesota Valley Funeral Homes of New Ulm (mvfh.org) are assisting the family with arrangements.

Bob is survived by his daughter, Roxanne (Sarah) Burmeister of New Ulm; and sister, Ruth Schmitt of Jordan.

Robert “Bob” Lyle Burmeister was born Aug. 17, 1940, in Minneapolis to Clarence and Christine (Huesby) Burmeister.
