Rachel E (Noer) Spencer
Rachel E (Noer) Spencer, 96, died peacefully April 26 at the Pigeon Falls Health Care Center in Pigeon Falls, Wisconsin. She was preceded in death by her parents, Victor and Selma Noer; brother, Juul; sisters, Pauline, Louise and Ruth; son, Paul; and husband, John L Spencer.
A memorial service for both John and Rachel will be held at Colfax
Lutheran Church in Colfax, Wisconsin, June 4, at 2:00 p.m.
Rachel is survived by a daughter, Anne (Kritikos); son, Mark Spencer; sister, Mary (Noer) Wrase; and three grandsons, two granddaughters, two grandstepsons, two great-granddaughters and a great-grandstepson.
