Anita Marie Blais was born June 29, 1944 in Rogers, Minnesota to Merlin and Arabella (Zachman) Blais. She was baptized into the Catholic faith at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in St. Michael, Minnesota. The family later moved to Gibbon where she was raised. Although Anita lived her entire life handicapped, there were many things that brought her joy in life. She most recently had worked with ACTS in Oliva getting to do designated tasks she was able to. In the past, Anita loved going for country drives for picnics with her family. She also enjoyed the sounds of music as well as playing with her ball. She will be remembered by all who knew and loved her. Blessed be her memory.

A special thank you from the family is extended to all of Anita’s care givers, doctors, and hospice providers who provided such wonderful care to her over the years.
