Visitation will be on Thursday, January 16, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Sturm Funeral Home, Comfrey Chapel and will continue on Friday from 10 until 11 a.m. at the New Hope Lutheran Church in Comfrey.

Service will be held at the New Hope Lutheran Church in Comfrey on Friday at 11 a.m. Interment will be at the New Hope Faith Lutheran Cemetery in Comfrey.

Arrangements are with the Sturm Funeral Home in Comfrey.

Donald Lloyd Wiese was born on February 2, 1932, to Leonard and Vineta (Hoffman) Wiese at the Springfield Hospital in Springfield.

He is survived by his wife Joyce of Comfrey; children Ramona Widmer of New Ulm, Debra Manz of Park Rapids, David Wiese of New Ulm; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren; brother Kenny Wiese of Comfrey; sisters Betty Jane Wiese of Comfrey and Rita Sell of Windom.
