After college he worked at the Gazette in Redwood Falls for one year before moving to New Ulm and working at the New Ulm Journal and KNUJ for 40 years. In 2001 Perry and Marian relocated to Green Valley, AZ. They spent the next 14 years there where Perry enjoyed a good round of golf with his Tuesday’s Men’s group. Perry and Marian then moved to Fredericksburg, VA in 2015 to be near their daughters.
