Gerald “Jerry” Richard Janni

MEDFORD, Wisconsin (formerly New Ulm) — Gerald “Jerry” Richard Janni, 53, of Medford, Wisconsin (formerly New Ulm) died Saturday, Sept. 2, 2017, at his home in Medford, Wisconsin.

Funeral service will be 11 am on Monday, Sept. 11, at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in New Ulm.

Visitation will be 2-5 p.m. on Sunday at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home-SOUTH CHAPEL in New Ulm and one hour prior to the service on Monday at the church.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Gail Janni of New Ulm; son Mason Janni of New Ulm; step-daughters, Kari Trullinger of Brownton, Wendy Forst of New Ulm, and Cathy Espino of Tracy; step-son, Jesse Steinberg of New Ulm; 13 step-grandchildren, a step-great-grandchild; and brothers, Mark Janni of New Ulm and Al Janni Jr. of New Ulm.

Gerald “Jerry” Richard Janni was born Sept. 25, 1964, in New Ulm to Alan Sr. and Jean (Forster) Janni.
