NEW ULM – The New Ulm Journal reader’s preferred family owned and operated Klassen Mechanical, Inc. as New Ulm’s best plumber for 2025.

With over 70 years’ experience, Klassen Mechanical, Inc. contracts for heating, plumbing, air conditioning, and water treatment systems both commercially and residentially.

“We service new construction, commercial, residential–heating, air conditioning, plumbing–we do it all,” said owner Wayne Klassen.

Klassen Mechanical will work on any problem large or small when it comes to plumbing, from clogged drains to sump pumps, to water heaters. They can work with small businesses, homes, or anywhere that has a plumbing issue.

Listed online both as Klassen Mechanical, Inc. and as Klassen Plumbing & Heating & AC–they are the same company. There is also Alwin/Klassen Appliance Repair, though that part of the business specializes in repairing washing machines, dishwashers, etcetera.

Owner Wayne Klassen and President of the company, Victor Klassen, felt that their business’s success for all these years comes from their hard working personnel.

“We have employees that do a good job, and we have very good customers. Our employees care about the job they do; they take a lot of pride in their work. If a customer has a question, we’re here to help them–they can always talk to us,” said Victor Klassen, President of Klassen Mechanical, Inc.

“We have office hours during the week, but if you need us outside of that time you can call the emergency number. There’s always a person there on call to answer,” said Wayne Klassen.

Wayne and Victor were gracious about winning the 2025 Reader’s Choice Award for best plumbers in New Ulm.
