Officers noticed impairment signs from the driver, a 59-year-old Buffalo Lake man. He was arrested for DWI and transported to the Brown County Jail, then detox. She was transported to the Brown County Jail. A report went to Brown County Probation. • Received a skip scan theft report at Walmart at 4:36 p.m. Tuesday. A 34-year-old New Ulm woman is suspected of stealing $86.22 worth of items over two days in August.
